By accessing this website or the AZL Digital client portal you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.

AZL Digital provides digital strategy, design, development, marketing and ongoing operational services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are captured in individual project agreements or statements of work.

Access is invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend access to protect the platform or investigate misuse.

Deliverables presented through the portal for approval are considered accepted once you approve them or once the review window agreed in your project agreement elapses without change requests.

Invoices are issued through the portal in the currency stated on the invoice. Overdue balances may pause active work until settled, without affecting our other rights.

Final deliverables transfer to you on full payment, unless stated otherwise. Third-party assets, source frameworks and pre-existing AZL tooling remain covered by their respective licences.

Both parties agree to protect information shared during the engagement and to use it only for delivering the agreed services.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
